Animar is a Spanish word that roughly means to encourage or inspire. I thought the title was appropriate because in this piece there is the feeling of upward movement. The two higher circles have 'escaped' the lower confines and will hopefully serve as inspiration for the others. This piece has been sold, but please contact me to arrange a showing of other pieces in my studio.
